Can you move my Washer and Dryer?
Yes! We can move washers, dryers, refrigerators, and most other appliances free of charge. We do recommend that before your move you secure all internal parts such as motors, icemakers, washer drums, etc. We cannot move gas appliances that are still connected, those must be disconnected prior to your move.
What about Tipping?
It is customary to tip movers. While it isn’t necessary to tip 15% of your move like you would do at a restaurant the amount you tip is really up to you. If you feel their service was excellent then it’s up to you to decide the amount of the tip you feel they deserve.
When Should I Call A Moving Company?
As soon as possible because we service all customers on a first come, first serve basis. Because we have some of the best rates and service in town we book up fast. Our busiest times are weekends, and the end of the month so call early and reserve your move today.
How much time should I reserve my move in advance?
If you have a specific time and date restrictions, always try to plan and schedule your move a month in advance.
What are available payment methods?
We accept Credit/Debit Card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), or Cash.
Is there anything Movers of Austin doesn't move?
We are unable to move baby grand pianos, full fish tanks, jewelry, medications, motorcycles, or firearms. No toxic items or bed bug infested furniture.
